We are sharing important information from the immunisation team regarding vaccination support available to families over the summer holidays.
Parents and carers can access the allocated immunisation hubs during the summer break to ensure children and young people can receive any required vaccinations.
If attending a hub is not suitable, families can also request a home visit directly with the immunisation team using the contact number provided on the attached poster.
