PSHE – Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Education
At Everton Free School, PSHE is taught weekly across all year groups to develop students into well-rounded, responsible citizens as they progress through school and onto further education, employment, and wider society.
Our PSHE curriculum is underpinned by the core values of Everton Free School and Everton Football College, with students encouraged to approach each day with the Three R’s: Respect, Responsibility, and Resilience.
PSHE aims to:
- Raise awareness of risks and challenges young people face today
- Promote healthy relationships, including inclusive RSE (Relationships and Sex Education)
- Develop life skills, emotional wellbeing, and personal resilience
- Prepare students for future careers, employability, and independent living
