Strong Results as Students Return to League Action

Our students made an excellent return to league action today, delivering two impressive victories and demonstrating teamwork, sportsmanship and determination throughout both fixtures.
The opening game saw Everton Free School secure a convincing 4–0 victory over Cloughwood. The match featured a spectacular bicycle kick and several well-taken goals, giving the team a fantastic start to the afternoon.
The students carried this momentum into the second fixture, recording an emphatic 7–0 win against Woolton High in an outstanding all-round team performance. Another superb bicycle kick added to the highlights!
A special mention goes to two of our students who made their debuts for the team. It was fantastic to see them get involved and contribute to such a successful afternoon.
Joint Players of the Match were awarded to two outstanding performers in recognition of their efforts and contributions on the pitch.
Both fixtures were played in the right spirit, with our students representing the school brilliantly on and off the pitch. The celebrations continued on the minibus journey back to school, with plenty of singing and smiles all round!
The PE team would also like to extend a big thank you to the staff who supported the fixtures and helped make the afternoon such a success.
Today's results are a fantastic example of what can be achieved through hard work, commitment and supporting one another.
There's no 'I' in team!
